I had to manually remove them from the folder. The permissions are so strict even using "rm /Library/LaunchAgents/com.epson.epw.agent.plist" doesn't work with Admin password. So, for all you reading this... manually find the files, zip them all, move them somewhere for "storage", and drag to the trash manually. Macworld Magazine suggests disabling them, but that seems idiotic. Apple Forums were no help. Nevermind, I got it. I had to manually remove them from the folder.
