Most of the major utilities and other services are all pre-registered and on a drop down list. If they are not then all you need is their account number. The best bit is that you only need to learn your banks process and it is all at one site, over 2 or 3 pages. Entry, confirm and done. They also allow payments to individuals for auctions etc. and generally clear within 24hrs. The other bonus is that with an electronic-centric banking system you rarely ever need to carry any cash.
