But first we pulled over in the El Valle where some swallows were swooping including #752, Blue-and-white Swallow<\/p>\n<p>I got three more lifers pulling out along the road to Los Altos de Maria including <\/p>\n<ol start='753'>\n<li> \tCommon Bush-Tanager \t<\/li>\n<li> \tBlack-and-yellow Tanager (spotted by me) <\/li>\n<li>Ochraceous Wren<\/li>\n<li>Gray-breasted Wood Wren<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>And then in Los Altos de Maria itself 11 more:<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<ol start='757'>\n<li> \tPale-vented Thrush \t<\/li>\n<li> \tSpotted Woodcreeper \t<\/li>\n<li> \tRed-faced Spinetail \t<\/li>\n<li> \tRufous-browed Tyrannulet \t<\/li>\n<li> \tRusset Antshrike \t<\/li>\n<li> \tSpotted Barbtail \t<\/li>\n<li> \tEmerald Toucanet (aka Blue-throated Toucanet, <i>Aulacorhynchus prasinus caeruleogularis<\/i>)<\/li>\n<li> \tSnowcap \t(a local speciality Hummingbird)<\/li>\n<li> \tLong-tailed Tyrant \t<\/li>\n<li> \tBran-colored Flycatcher \t<\/li>\n<li> \tSpot-crowned Antvireo \t<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>I missed White-throated Thrush and Cinnamon-backed Woodpecker though, and sadly the Golden Frogs that used to be here are now extinct in the wild :-(<\/p>\n<p>Only two days left and 33 birds to go to hit 800.
